Job Description:

Entry level – 2 years of customer service experience preferably with 1+ years call center environment. Home-based position that ensures the delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of requests, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquiries. Position Description

Job Description

An Inventory Specialist works with and reports to the General Manager and is responsible for HUB operation while performing the following duties. Other duties may be assigned.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Pull and ship HUB orders on time.
  • If HUB order can’t be filled, call servicing store before next HUB run explaining how reorder.
